Tradedone — Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Tradedone, a quoting tool for UK tradespeople, provided by Algu ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. What Tradedone does

Tradedone helps you generate professional-looking quotes from a plain-English description of a job, using AI. It also lets you edit, save, and reopen quotes you've generated.

2. You're responsible for what you send to your clients

Tradedone's AI drafts a quote based on what you tell it. It does not know your actual costs, your supplier prices, or the specifics of a job it hasn't seen. You must check every quote before sending it to a client — pricing, quantities, and descriptions are your responsibility, not ours. We are not liable for losses arising from a quote you sent without checking it.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and business profile. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must be a genuine tradesperson or business using this for legitimate quoting purposes.

4. Subscriptions and cancellation

Tradedone may offer free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You won't use Tradedone to generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, or misleading, or attempt to overload, scrape, or abuse the service (including automated/bulk requests intended to exploit the free tier or the AI generation feature). We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.

6. Our liability

Tradedone is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses arising from inaccurate AI-generated content that you did not review before use.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Tradedone develops. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
